Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition: Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags and packaging intact. Personalized items cannot be returned.
Process: Please contact our customer service team at footballjerseyhub@hotmail.com to initiate a return. Include your order number. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-21 business days.
Important Note on Duties & Taxes: For international returns, any import duties or taxes that were prepaid by us on the original shipment are typically non-recoverable. Therefore, the refund amount for international orders may be reduced by the cost of these duties and taxes.
Final Sale: Clearance, sale items, and gift cards are final and cannot be returned.
